Welcome — I’m Jim. I’m a licensed real estate agent with Three Hills Real Estate Service, a team with decades of combined experience helping people buy, sell, and invest across all of New Hampshire. While I spend a lot of time working in the Plymouth and Lakes Region areas, I serve clients statewide and will soon expanding my services to Massachusettes
In addition to traditional real estate services, I am also a real estate investor and a cash buyer. I specialize in distressed, outdated, inherited, or unwanted properties and can offer fast solutions that require no repairs, showings, or delays. For buyers, I use that same investment experience to help analyze deals, understand renovation potential, and avoid overpaying.

I’m Jim — a New Hampshire real estate agent with Three Hills Real Estate Service, serving buyers and sellers across Plymouth, Campton, Thornton, Rumney, Wentworth, and the Central NH and Lakes Region. People who know me from both real estate and the tattoo industry describe me the same way: straightforward, dependable, honest, and someone who always shows up for his clients.
Before getting into real estate, I built a long career as a tattoo artist and the owner of Seaport Tattoo in Boston. Running a successful shop taught me how to work with people from all walks of life, listen closely to what they want, earn trust, and deliver results with precision and care. Those same skills carry directly into real estate — clear communication, attention to detail, steady hands under pressure, and treating every client like a long-term relationship.
My family and I moved to New Hampshire four years ago for the lifestyle — riding quads, snowmobiling, and snowboarding. We fell in love with the mountains, the trails, and the community, and making NH our home has helped me understand the area on a real, everyday level. I know the backroads, the towns, the hidden spots, and the outdoor lifestyle that draws so many people here.
Alongside my tattoo career, I spent years studying real estate, analyzing deals, and working hands-on as an investor. That experience allows me to help clients understand renovation potential, evaluate property conditions, and avoid costly mistakes — especially in older rural homes and unique New Hampshire properties.
